Rodney Mujica

Rodney Mujica has coached for number of years in the Columbus area including the Dublin Soccer League, Olentangy Classics, Northside FC-Westerville, Dublin United and Revolution FC. 

He grew up in Peru playing soccer and played professionally in the second and first division leagues.  He was a four year varsity player in high school and three year starter in college.  Mujica holds his NSCAA National Youth Diploma, NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeping License and a USSF National "D" License.

   
 
  

Michael Mundey

FC42 07 BOYS ROYAL


 
Michael Mundey has an extensive coaching and playing background. During his playing career at Otterbein, Mundey helped lead the Cardinals to three Ohio Athletic Conference Championships and two undefeated OAC regular season league titles, as well as their first three NCAA tournament appearances. The team consistently ranked inside the top 20 nationally, highlighted by an 18-2-2 sophomore campaign and a 19-1-1 senior campaign that ended with hosting the regional NCAA tournament and culminating in a final NSCAA DIII Post-Season Ranking of 4th in the Nation.

He was named OAC Offensive Player of the Year in both his junior and senior campaigns and ended his college career as the OAC's all-time leading goal scorer with 65 goals and still holds career (65) and single season (24) goal scoring records for Otterbein.  

A four-year starter, he compiled numerous academic and athletic first team selections in the conference, state and Mideast along the way.  After college, Mundey went on to play for the Dayton Gems of the United Soccer League and has since continued to play men's amateur in the Columbus area.

In addition to coaching at FC42, he also coached at Otterbein University.  Mundey has been a licensed coach for 18 years. He has spent many years with youth clubs coaching a variety of different age groups including a team which finished their season ranked #5 nationally, having beat both the Maryland and Florida State Champions in tournament play.  

Mundey has coached three different teams to Ohio President’s Cup Championships, advancing twice to the Regional Championship where his U15 Boys won the Regional Championship.  The team finished second at the USYSA National Championships that season. 


  

Colin Berrigan

FC42 BOYS 03 ROYAL


Colin is in his first season with FC42.  He is currently in his 10th year of coaching and the Associate Head Coach with Dublin Coffman High School. He helped lead the boys to their first ever regional championship and state semi-finals berth in 2017. 

Colin was a three-year varsity starter in high school and began coaching while still in school. After high school he attended Ohio State University for undergraduate and graduate school studying hispanic linguistics and foreign language education. He coached for the men’s team at Upper Arlington throughout college as well and continued at Bexley High School after graduation. Colin is a passionate and loyal coach who wants much for his players.


                                                          

  

Dan Lahut

FC42 BOYS 01/02 ROYAL

 Dan Lahut is a veteran soccer coach with a creative, enthusiastic and exuberant personality. He was a former Director of Coaching for the Elite Soccer Club and has been with FC42 since it's inception. 


Lahut holds a NSCAA National License as well as an USSF "D" License.  He was recognized by Ohio High School Athletic Association with the State Sportsmanship Aaware and served as a State Executive Board Member.  He brings with him his love of soccer and a lengthy list of experience and accomplishments from his 25 years as a high school varsity head coach, ODP and club youth league coach.

Karsten Poole

FC42 01/02 BOYS ROYAL

 
Karsten Poole grew up in Germany and played soccer for SV Fasanenhof 1965 e.V., TG Höchberg and was captain of the Würzburg HS soccer team. He graduated from The Ohio State University. Poole is a certified referee and recently received his D coaching license. 

Poole has 10 years of coaching experience and considers himself a student of the game.  He is entering his fourth season with FC42.



Dan is a veteran soccer coach with a creative, enthusiastic and exuberant personality. 
 He was a former Director of Coaching for the Elite Soccer Club, and has been with FC42 since it's inception.
